And for good reason. The agenda there is robotically pump your hard earned money into Vanguard etfs and not use your brain.
Hey everyone! :) I just wanted to let everyone know that one of the best membership/e-commerce software packages now supports BTCPay! I chose to go with this software years ago when I started the world's first Bitcoin-only porn membership site because they supported BitPay. At the time it was hard to find software that would properly manage a membership site that could handle Bitcoin payments, so for a while I was just activating each and every membership manually.

I'm not an expert, nor a coder, nor do I have a crystal ball. But I have been investing in more traditional assets for nearly three decades and have been in Bitcoin since just before it took off in 16, and I must say, this stability while markets are anything but, the fact that Bitcoin seems to have found a floor above 6,000, again, after all the turmoil, these are very good signs of an underlying strength.

If I plan to buy weekly from coinbase and send that btc to my hardware wallet do I have to worry about any tax gains? I know I shouldn’t but doesn’t coinbase consider moving coins off a coinbase wallet a sell? I just rather not get a irs tax bill from moving btc off coinbase if it ends up being 20k+ or so many buys within a year. Is this something I should really worry about? submitted by /u/therds101 [link] [comments].

Sentiment right now seems to be through the floor on various crypto subs and alts are crying day and night. There hasn't been a substantial change in BTC lately and the volatility seems to have dropped significantly in Q4.

When asked once if he thought Amazon would ever adopt Bitcoin as a payment method for its business, Adreas Antonopoulos responded that he had no idea and didn’t really care, but then he said, “Why don’t you adopt it? Why don’t you build something?” I heard that a long while ago now and it always sorta stuck with me, but I’m not a developer. I don’t know code (ok, it’s on my to-do list), so I felt I really couldn’t build something.

I was wondering about this question for a while now. While I understand that the theory is quite simple (the total of the UTXOs), I was wondering how would the average person independently verify the amount of Bitcoin currently in existence at any given moment assuming they are running their own full node.
I think a lot of people around us has told us that Bitcoin is a FAD or a SCAM or a Ponzi scheme. Some of our closest relatives have told us to SELL before the BUBBLE will burst.
